LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Purpose:

• Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programs, and ensuring continuous development of employee competencies to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations.
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
• Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness.
• Follow up & tracking competency framework and skill matrix.

• Graduation from university degree in Human Resources Management or related majors.
• At least 3 years of experience as training position in manufacturing company.
• Awareness with variety of training methods
• Good English communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Know international standards (ISO)
• Prefer the candidate used to work as compliance
• Computer Skills in MS.
