Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programs, and ensuring continuous development of employee competencies to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations.
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness.
Follow up & tracking competency framework and skill matrix.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduation from university degree in Human Resources Management or related majors.
At least 3 years of experience as training position in manufacturing company.
Awareness with variety of training methods
Good English communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Know international standards (ISO)
Prefer the candidate used to work as compliance
Computer Skills in MS.
