Build engaging e-learning programs and promote a strong self-learning and continuous learning culture
Champion, preserve, and spread the company’s organizational culture
Oversee internal communication, training processes, and training documentation
Lead the digitalization of training management, promoting the smart, ethical, and effective use of AI and technology at work
