Legal Executive

(1) Legal advice and compliance

- Advise the board of directors and departments on current legal regulations related to the company's operations.

- Ensure the company complies with the provisions of the Enterprise Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law, etc.

- Research and update legal changes that may affect the company.

(2) Drafting and reviewing contracts

- Draft, review and edit various types of contracts: labor contracts, commercial contracts, investment contracts, service contracts, etc.

- Check contract terms to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks.

- Work with partners, customers and lawyers to negotiate contract terms.

(3) Resolve legal disputes

- Represent the company in working with state agencies, courts, and arbitration when disputes arise.

- Support in handling complaints, litigation or contract disputes.

- Work with outside lawyers in important lawsuits.

(4) Handle internal legal issues

- Draft internal regulations and policies to ensure compliance with the law.

- Support the HR department in resolving labor disputes.

- Guide and train employees on relevant legal regulations.

(5) Legal support in business operations

- Legal advice in investment activities, mergers and acquisitions, business expansion.

- Legal checks of projects and investment plans before implementation.

- Support in handling business licenses and legal procedures related to the company's operations.

(6) Register food safety and fire prevention licenses for the store system.

- Register food safety and fire prevention licenses and certificates for stores.

- Participate in receiving inspection teams at stores.

- Graduated from University majoring in Law, Economic Law, Commercial Law or related fields.

- At least 2 years experiences working as a legal specialist in a company, financial institution, bank or
state agency and have experiences working in F&B and FDI company.

- Solid legal knowledge: Understand legal regulations related to business, investment, trade.

- Analytical and logical thinking skills: Assess legal risks and provide appropriate solutions.

- Communication & negotiation skills: Work with partners, customers, lawyers and state agencies.

- Document drafting skills: Draft contracts, legal documents accurately and clearly.

- Dispute handling skills: Resolve legal issues arising in the business.

- Ability to work independently & in a team: Work proactively, cooperate well with other departments.
