Legal Specialist – Property Operations

1. Draft and review legal documents including lease agreements, service contracts, vendor agreements, and other operation-related documents.

2. Provide legal advice and support to relevant departments on daily operational matters.

3. Update contract templates and legal documents; conduct training on legal updates and compliance obligations.

4. Monitor legal risks and propose mitigation measures to management.

5. Support dispute resolution, complaint handling, and other operational legal matters under supervision.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 02 years of relevant legal or compliance experience.

• Experience in property management, real estate, or operations is an advantage.

Specialized Skills

• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

• Legal compliance and risk assessment for operational activities.

• Preparation and submission of regulatory documents to authorities.

• Interpretation and application of laws, circulars, and regulatory guidelines.

• Legal research and issue analysis.

• Age: Below 30.

• Strong attention to detail and document management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

• English communication skills (written and verbal) sufficient for work correspondence and document review.
