Legal Specialist

Participate in the process of handling copyright infringement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Representative Companies such as:

Participate in negotiating and settling legal disputes over copyright infringement with infringing parties;

Research, collect and analyze information and documents of parties committing copyright infringement;

Drafting and appraising contracts and legal documents related to copyright infringement;

Advising and answering legal issues requested by clients or copyright infringers;

Review and resolve problems arising in the process of contract performance;

To study and update regularly and promptly changes in laws and circulars,... related to the Company's field of operation;

Perform other tasks at the request of the manager.

Graduated from Law major;

Knowledge and experience in the field of Law, especially Intellectual Property Law and the software sector;

Experience in consulting and negotiation;

Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information;

Responsible at work;

Good problem-solving skills;

Good communication and negotiation skills;

High sense of responsibility and security;

Proficiency in English (required).
