Mô tả Công việc

Import Expertise:

· Sourcing from international suppliers: Identifying and negotiating with overseas vendors to find the best deals on quality products.

· Import documentation and compliance: Ensuring all necessary paperwork, permits, and certifications are acquired for smooth customs clearance.

· Managing international shipping and insurance: Selecting cost-effective and reliable shipping methods, while securing cargo insurance to mitigate risks.

· Evaluate Customs Clearance procedures and methods to achieve optimum service and cost performance

· Follow up & control import procedures from receiving Sale Orders from buying/ Brand team to receiving goods.

Export Process:

· Export documentation and compliance: Preparing accurate export documentation adhering to international regulations and customer requirements.

· Export packing and labeling: Ensuring proper packaging and labeling for different international shipping standards.

· Managing international freight forwarding: Collaborating with freight forwarders to arrange efficient and cost-effective export transportation.

· Letter of credit coordination: Working with banks to manage letters of credit, a payment method commonly used in international trade.

· Problem-Solving and Communication:

· Resolving import and export issues: Addressing unforeseen delays, customs complications, or logistics setbacks effectively.

· Maintaining strong relationships with international partners: Building positive relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials for smooth collaboration.

· Effective communication: Communicating clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders across different cultures and languages.

Essential skills:

· Plan and control import & export cost

· Strong knowledge & experienced of Import / Export documentation

· Strong knowledge & experienced of International Trading

· Experience in import and export documentation and processes.

· Prepare monthly Import Export Reports to Line

· Open L/C, open Bill of exchange (if any)

· Coordinate with accountant in year-end stock auditing.

· Analyze Customs Clearance performance and solve the problem and take corrective actions with relative parties for the most competitive Clearance Performance.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

· Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Other tasks as assigned by manager/BOD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University degree (preferred) or College Of Foreign Economic Relation/ Foreign Trade Economic or Foreign Trade University equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experiences at the same position,
  • Retail (Luxury fashion, cosmetic is preferrable)
  • Has knowledge about Vietnam's law and regulations regarding to importation, transport and taxation...
  • Expert in Customs clearance procedure.
  • Good command in English
  • Good at communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, Passionate, Service-minded and Honest, transparent
  • Willing to travel at work.

· Working hours: Monday To Friday : 8:00am till 5:00pm, and morning Saturday
