Logistic officer

1.Establish procedures for executing the warehouse operation plan as assigned by the Head of the Warehouse and Delivery Department.

2.Oversee and ensure the efficiency of warehouse and delivery operations, aligning with company policies and objectives.

3.Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of finished goods while ensuring adequate storage capacity for production output.

4.Supervise stock counting activities to ensure compliance with the annual stock counting plan.

5.Oversee production planning to align with warehouse capacity, delivery schedules, and customer demand.

6.Prepare reports on the receipt and distribution of finished goods.

7.Monitor the SAP system for product deliveries and ensure proper documentation is prepared.

8.Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth product deliveries to customers.

9.Evaluate subordinate performance, provide guidance, and enforce work procedures and regulations.

10.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and company requirements.

11.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

•Bachelor’s degree 

•At least 5 years of working experience 

•Presentation skills and coordination skill

•Good computer skills

•Good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and creativity

•Has flexibility in traveling to work across the area.

•Good English communication skills

•Good communicate in Thai language is preferable
