Logistics Assistant Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Logistics Assistant Supervisor will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient supply chain operations and cost control.

• Liaise with overseas suppliers to receive, verify, and confirm documentation.
• Maintain accurate purchase contract records through data updates and tracking.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and agents for tracking vessel, pay local charges, free time management, delivery order processing, empty container returns, and repair charge.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders for customs declaration, phytosanitary inspection, delivery scheduling, and service cost management.
• Declare customs for on-spot import – export, manage contract volume
• Prepare export documents: invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, C/O, Phytosanitary cert, Fumi.
• Partner with warehouse and planning teams to align delivery plans.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on supply chain performance.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Education: Graduated University/ College from major: International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field.
• Experience: Experienced 1-2 years in Import/Export or related in logistics field.
• English skills: Good in communication and writing
• Soft Skills:  PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint/ Time management skills/ Skilled management and organization
• Key Technical Competencies: Solid knowledge in import and export/ Technology & Tools (Ecus5 Vnaccs, SAP user)/ Understand about Vietnam customs rules, regulations and compliance.

Working Conditionals:

• Working time: From Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00), Saturday (8:00 - 12:00)
• Work place: Olam Pistachio, B11 - Tien Nga Warehouse, Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
