Logistics Executive

Logs Executive is responsible for coordinating outbound deliveries, ensuring accurate shipment cost, issuing delivery orders, and supporting transporter performance evaluation.

Delivery Arrangement

• Schedule deliveries & loading plans based on sales orders and requested delivery dates.
• Optimize transportation costs through efficient truck utilization and load planning.
• Follow up stock availability and arrange transport resources accordingly.
• Monitor loading progress and coordinate loading priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate to Sales Team about delivery status, stock constraints, delays, partial deliveries, ….
• Resolve delivery issues - vehicle breakdowns, delivery rejections, detention, ….

Shipment & Shipment Cost Processing

• Input accurate shipment details - transporters, vehicle type, size , transportation conditions, …
• Verify approved transport rates and create shipment cost
• Create and maintain transportation master data, including new transporters, transportation routes.

Depot Delivery Coordination

• Daily monitor working group
• Remind, alert, raise up, co-settle operation  issues 

Delivery Order (DO) Processing

• Issue mass Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and within required time

Transportation Payment Processing

• Verify, check transportation charges, supporting documents & process payments.

Transporter Performance Evaluation

• Monitor & maintain accurate and complete transporter service performance records.
• Conduct periodic transporter performance evaluation

• 1-3 years of logistics or transportation coordination experience; Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, high availability
• SAP Proficiency: Hands-on experience using SAP ERP (creating Delivery Orders, shipment costs and stock tracking) is highly preferred.
• MS Office: Good proficiency in MS Excel for daily reporting, cost calculation, and delivery scheduling.
