• Chịu trách nhiệm chính về tất cả các hoạt động của phòng kho Logistics tại nhà máy.
• Phân công, sắp xếp nguồn nhân lực linh động và hợp lý, Chịu trách nhiệm về đào tạo, quản lý, phân công nhiệm vụ cho nhân viên nhằm đạt mục tiêu đã đề ra.
• Quản lý và giám sát các nhà kho, kiểm tra tiến độ giao nguyên vật liệu, kiểm tra về tình trạng lưu kho, theo dõi hàng tồn kho hiện tại, dự đoán nhu cầu trong tương lai, thống kê để điều chỉnh sắp xếp chỗ để cho hàng hóa và nguyên vật liệu tại các nhà kho.
• Phối hợp với công ty xe tải điều hành quản lý việc vận chuyển giao hàng kịp thời, bảo đảm an toàn về hàng hoá. Kiểm tra số chuyến vận chuyển hàng ngày và xác nhận tính chi phí vận chuyển 1 lần/tháng.
• Thực hiện kiểm kê hàng hóa định kỳ và chịu trách nhiệm về số lượng nhập, xuất trên PMS so với số lượng thực tế.
• Quản lý và giám sát các hệ thống máy móc, an ninh, phòng cháy chữa cháy… nhằm đảm bảo an toàn cho hàng hóa, tài sản công ty.
• Thường xuyên kiểm tra và rà soát lại tất cả các hướng dẫn công việc, quy trình quy định.
• Chịu trách nhiệm thiết lập mục tiêu cho phòng kho và phải có các kế hoạch hành động cụ thể.
• Quản lý rủi ro và các vấn đề có thể phát sinh và ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động của Kho nói riêng và công ty TENMA nói chung.
• Kiểm soát việc đăng ký làm thêm giờ của Logistics. Kiểm soát, quản lý sử dụng hiệu quả tài sản, các spare-part, các dụng cụ và trang thiết bị dùng cho công việc Logistics.
• Các công việc khác liên quan theo yêu cầu.

• Take overall responsibility for all operations of the Logistics section at the factory.
• Allocate and arrange human resources flexibly and efficiently; be responsible for training, management, and task assignment to employees in order to achieve established objectives.
• Manage and supervise logistics; monitor raw material delivery schedules, check storage conditions, track current inventory levels, forecast future demand, and compile statistics to optimize logistics space for goods and materials.
• Coordinate with trucking companies to manage timely transportation and delivery, ensuring cargo safety; monitor daily delivery trips and verify transportation costs on a monthly basis.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and take responsibility for the accuracy of inbound and outbound quantities in the PMS system compared to actual stock.
• Manage and supervise machinery systems, security, and fire prevention and fighting systems to ensure the safety of goods and company assets.
• Regularly review and update all work instructions, procedures, and regulations.
• Be responsible for setting departmental objectives and developing specific action plans for the logostic team.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and potential issues that may affect logistics operations and overall operations of TENMA company.
• Control and manage Logistics overtime registration; ensure efficient utilization of company assets, spare parts, tools, and equipment used in Logistics operations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Nữ /Nam trong độ tuổi lao động.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại Học, cao đẳng cá ngành liên quan.
• Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
• Sử dụng tốt vi tính (Word, Excel, Powe point, outlook).
• Giao tiêp Tiếng Anh lưu loát. Biết Tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế.
• Kỹ năng quản lý, giao tiếp, teamwork tốt, tinh thần trách nhiệm, sáng tạo.

Requirements

• Female/Male in labor age.
• University or College graduated in related major.
