Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Logistics Service Manager:

• Responsible for customs procedures, guiding the team in customs declarations, and handling import/export procedures for clients.
• Support and advise staff on checking procedures, product policies, and provide consultation to customers when needed.
• Proactively observe, investigate, and resolve any issues or challenges arising related to shipping lines, customs, ports, clients, subcontractors, and internal matters
• Responsible for reviewing and approving AR (LCC, stakes), reimbursements, advances, and daily payments of documents and operations.
• Collaborate with the transport department to ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Observe, coordinate, and organize tasks effectively for Logistics department staff.
• Research and propose training programs, seminars, etc., if necessary and appropriate, for the department’s and company’s development.
• Establish procedures and regulations if needed to enhance the department’s work efficiency.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the management team.
• Analyze the performance of the Logistics department and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement.

• Gender: Male/ Female, Age: 28 - 35 years old
• Graduated from college or higher in related fields such as Logistics, Maritime, Economics, Foreign Trade
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a logistics company
• Strong expertise in customs declaration is required
• Good at English
