The Logistics Specialist will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Event & delegation trips management
• Ticketing support for externals
• Facility management
• Fleet management
• Office management

The main focus will be first on event management and delegation trip management, but the recruited person will have the opportunities for rotation to perform other tasks within the team for job enrichment.

Minimum requirements:

·         University degree in Event management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent

·         At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the area of administration and logistics  

·         Working experience in the cooperation development sector is an asset

·         Fluently in English (both orally and in writing). Good knowledge of German would be an advantage

·         Ability to work both independently and in team under high work pressure

·         Excellent communication and service-oriented advisory skills

·         Excellent skills in problem-solving

·         Ability to discuss with projects about problems; provide critical comments and suggestions for improvement

·         Good working knowledge of ITC technologies and computer applications (MS Office)

·         Experience in working with GIZ, especially in the area of event management, ticketing, general administration & logistics would be an asset
