Logistics Staff

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

- This position is to handle import-export activities (focus on export) & maintain the compliances of those activities of Spartronics to Vietnam Customs regulations.

- Managing and optimizing freight and logistic cost for the Company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contact with forwarder agent to follow up shipping and/or delivery schedule.

- Plan for on time delivery, follow and track status of shipments.

- Prepare all documents needed for Customs clearance & inspection. 

- Periodical report on Im-Export status.

- Monthly reports, internal and external reports.

- Carry out any other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Bachelor Science in Business Management or a related field.

- Experience: Have 03 years experience in logistics for manufacturing company, especially Export Processing Enterprise (preferable in electronics business).

- Others:

* Familiar with customs regulations and procedure.

* Good at Microsoft Excel, Data management and Analysis.

* Good command in English both writing and speaking.
