Logistics Supervisor (Doc - Forwarding)

• Oversee and handle full sets of import-export documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, $B/L$, and $C/O$
• Execute customs clearance procedures fluently using VNACCS/VCIS systems for both inbound and outbound shipments
• Deep understanding of HS Code classification, tax policies, and post-clearance audit procedures.
• Proven experience in working directly with Customs Authorities for shipment resolution and consultation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and progress according to lead times to ensure on-time delivery; inform related departments and customers of any updates
• Supervise, train, and arrange working schedules/shifts for the documentation team to meet KPIs and company goals.
• Coordinate with domestic customers, overseas agents, and truck drivers (including clearing cash advances) to resolve any booking or documentation issues
• Update and guide team members on changes in legal regulations, decrees, and circulars related to import/expor

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant positions; candidates with a background in 3PL or Logistics are highly preferred.
• Experience in Forwarding/3PL companies is a big plus.
• Proven experience in customs clearance (all types). Possession of a Certificate of Customs Brokerage Training is plus
• Bachelor’s or College degree in International Business, Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and expert knowledge of e-customs software (VNACCS/VCIS/ECUS).
• Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing) is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Honest, careful, dynamic, and capable of working under high pressure.
