Logistics Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for the Customs settlement report yearly by closely coordinating with internal team. The Logistics Supervisor will manage norm rate, list of material – finish codes for declare customs. A part of the role, you will follow tolling re-processing contract and declare customs for on-spot import – export shipments.

• Prepare documents and declare customs for on-spot import – export shipments: E31, E62, B11, … coordinate with internal and external team to deliver the goods to the final party, record documents and manage contract volume
• Indicate customs material code, finish goods code for customs declarations.
• Running reconciles customs report monthly, balance stock import – export – inventory
• Prepare and submit customs settlement report before 31st Mar yearly.
• Follow local re-processing contracts, register new re-processing contracts
• Supporting import handling and export handling process
• Keep updating the latest circulars, decrees from customs, government.

Qualification, Competencies Requirements:

• Education: Graduated Universiry/ College from major: International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field.
• Experience: Experienced 3-5 years in Import/Export, special in customs settlement report, customs regulation/ circular and decree.
• English skills: Good in communication and writing
• Soft Skills:  PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint/ Time management skills/ Skilled management and organization
• Key Technical Competencies: Solid knowledge in import and export/ Technology & Tools (Ecus5 Vnaccs, SAP user)/ Understand about Vietnam customs rules, regulations and compliance/ Deeply understand about customs settlement report: processing, import for export, reserve processing.

Working conditionals:

• Working time: From Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00), Saturday (8:00 - 12:00)
