Maintenance Engineer

1. Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support (80%)

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of refrigerator production equipment.

• Program and optimize PLC systems and inverters (VFDs).

• Design and modify electrical circuits in compliance with technical standards.

• Dismantle equipment and prepare detailed equipment lists when required.

• Set up and calibrate sensors (e.g., intensity sensors) and temperature controllers.

• Support equipment improvement and optimization to enhance production efficiency.

2. 6S & Factory Compliance (20%)

• Implement and maintain 6S standards in the factory as planned.

• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational regulations.

• College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

• Experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and inverter control.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
