MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

JOB PURPOSE

• Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and safety of production equipment through preventive maintenance, equipment improvement, spare parts management, and technical support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Complete equipment documents.
• Compile and revise machine maintenance documents.
• Implement preventive maintenance plan and action.
• Monitor daily check for key machines.
• Prepare spare parts requisition plan.
• Carry out maintenance training.
• Summarize machine failure record and analyze them to ensure all machines run without failure.
• Track new machine installation and acceptance.
• Spare part purchasing and preparation.
• Improve existing safety risks.

• Engineering's degree in Mechantronics, Automation or Electrical.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience for the manufacturing company.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance concepts and actions.
• Familiar with electrical control and hydraulic control, pneumatic control.
• Good in Autocad, circuit drawing skill.
• PLC Siemens programming is preferred.
• Good in English skills.
