Maintenance Planner (Background Mechanical / Electrical) - Ba Ria Vung Tau

- Work location: Phu My 1 Zone, Tan Thành district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province

- Working time: Monday -> Friday + every 2 Saturday

Main Duties:

1. Maintenance activity execution

• Develop PMR plan for electrical and mechanical system according to equipment’s condition
• Work on SAP to input and report system
• Organize, supervise and execute maintenance activities of electrical and mechanical equipments
• Carry out maintain hydraulic and lubricatic and air system
• Carry out trouble shootings to bring equipment back to operation soonest
• Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis
• Maintain and calibrate measurement devices and monitoring instruments periodically
• Update technical documents and drawings of equipment

2. Control system improvement and optimization

• Manage shutdown project yearly
• Carry out and control modifications and upgrade to meet design requirements
• Update hydraulic and lubricating and air system of plant
• Update, modify and program equipment modifications and new installations
• Modify and optimize interlocks, control parameters, control loop, etc.
• Support and execute performance improvement projects

3. Maintenance materials and cost control

• Propose maintenance budget of assigned area
• Control monthly maintenance cost of assigned area to ensure all expenses correctly
• Control maintenance materials and spares at reasonable rate
• Assess the status of the parts to be replaced
• Develop maintenance cost improvement plan

4. People development

• Develop and implement KPIs
• Follow up multi skills training program

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Capability to communicate fluently in English (TOEIC 500 or equivalent)
• Computer skills: MS office
• Knowledge in SAP

2. Relevant Experience:

• Experienced in preventive tasks for cement plant
• At least 1 year working in cement or heavy industry
• At least 1 year working in maintenance field
