Maintenance Supervisor

1. Build Engineering capability:

+ Ensure that personnel enable maintaining of machinery and assets.

+ Ensure that competency of maintaining of equipment and Items for the area.

+ Ensure of routine activities review and execute for HOD maintenance team.

+ Support MWG, AWG and TSWG. Transfer (TCA) form PM to AM.

2. Define and adhere to standards:

+ Plans, performs, design, modify and improve of maintenance.

+ Utilizing own area of competency and specialization or with competent 3rd parties.

3. Manage existing assets: KPI (eUPS, cost, energy)

+ Asset Management Maintenance to ensure high efficiency, quality and compliance.

+ Assist in the budgeting and cost monitoring of Maintenance.

+ Identify and drive energy and water saving opportunities.

4. Manage existing assets: compliance

+ Manages quality, environmental and internal and external compliance requirements for Maintenance through management and monitoring processes and routines.

5. Manage existing critical assets: safety

+ Ensures process and personnel safety about Maintenance plan and equipment. From design and installation through to routine and periodic safety inspections and audits.

+ Report and track maintenance plan according to guidelines. Analyze % under completion and put in place corrective actions.

• Engineering Degree / Diploma (e.g. mechanical, electrical) or substantial practical experience in engineering

• Experience in at least one Maintenance engineering discipline, preferably in food related manufacturing environment (min 3 years)

• Experience operating or supervising others who operate fired pressure systems (boilers) or other large combustion systems.

• Knowledge of local regulatory and statutory requirements relating to Maintenance and environment.

• Good knowledge of NCE.

• Basic knowledge of Assets maintenance.
