Maketing Manager (CLINIC)

Job Summary:

Hasaki Beauty & Clinic is looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, grow brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, developing strong partnerships, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers.
• Lead promotional campaigns, product launches, events, PR activities, and client education programs.
• Identify and attract target customers with skincare needs (medical & cosmetic).
• Build and manage relationships with partners, referral networks, influencers, KOLs.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Plan and monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• Recruit, train, and manage the marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with the General Director and Management Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, ideally in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution ability.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
