Always proactively interact with others to negotiate, maximize their strength, discuss to finalize solutions, greatly achieve targets/assignments; influence others to change their mind
Always have clear services goals then consistently deliver action plans and voice within team as well as other depts/divisions, staff to satisfy customers.
Always doing (the same or over) what promising to customers - internal & external- not only personal but also all the team/Dept. Keep the same Quality. Keep Trust to All.
Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
Go to business trip as required
Joining some other Projects as required
