- Planning, implementing and managing the indicators related to improvement of overdue loan.
- Planning the collection of overdue plans and conduct effective proposals.
- Cost estimation related to debt management; manage and improve the result of cost related to debt management.
- Building, issuing, amending, supplementing regulations on managing, operating loan management procedure.
- Cooperating with revelant divisions and submit to General Direction in order to propose the Member's Council to promulgate, amend, supply the internal regulations.
- Proposing and directing plans to prevent credit risk.
- Managing, supervising the staffs in the implementation of regulation on mechanism of inspection, supervision and reporting of contents as required by relevant law on debt collection.
- Managing and handling team - work in administraion.
- Training and supporting Deputy Managers/ Chiefs effectively.
- Being effort to achieve the division targets.
- Based on system data, analyze risk trends of each product group.
- Following the collection results and each product group.
- Solving internal problem between staff and problems between involved Division.
- Reporting working result in daily, weekly and monthly to the higher managements.
- Finishing urgent requests and new request from the managements.
- Aged: 32 over
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Banking, Finance, Economic, Law is prefferal.
- At least 2 years working experience as Deputy Manager/ Manager in debt collection.
- Good command of English (both of speaking and writing).
- Excellent using of MS.
- Ability to query database (SQL), read code C#, Visual basic.
- Good communication, negotiation and can solve problem/ issue.
- Can working independently, promptly & effectively.
- Good management skills.
- Should be honest, responsible, fair, empathetic and professional.
- Must communicate clearly, lead with vision, solve problems effectively, adapt to change, and always seek improvement.
