MANUFACTURING ASSISTANT MANAGER_ MOLD

Manufacturing Assistant Manager is focused on producing, innovating, fixing and maintaining molds. He will work with the mold division to support manufacturing team. He will directly report to the Manager, Mold Division, and help ensure molds produce high quality steel and aluminum products. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in drafting and designing mold drawings

• Assist in making, repairing and modifying molds

• Maintaining and operating CNC machine

• Innovating new mold designs

• Help lead the mold team with the Manager

• Ensure molds available for production to meet orders

• Ensure molds function properly and do not cause product defects

• Duy trì và vận hành máy CNC

• Thay đổi và làm mới thiết kế khuôn

• Hỗ trợ Manager quản lý Bộ phận Khuôn mẫu.

• Đảm bảo khuôn luôn có sẵn để đáp ứng các đơn hàng sản xuất

• Đảm bảo chất lượng khuôn và không để sản phẩm bị lỗi.

• Male

• Bachelor’s Degree (particularly in Engineering, Machining or related equivalent)

• 5 years experience as mold engineer and leading a team

• Proficient in 3D CAD / CAM

• Lathe and milling machine experience

• CNC Machine experience

• Related engineering software competency

• Thành thạo các phần mềm: 3D CAD/ CAM

• Biết sử dụng máy tiện và máy phay

• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng và lập trình máy CNC

• Thành thạo các phần mềm liên quan đến cơ khí chế tạo
