Program Highlights
- Rotate through Color Lab, Dyeing, Winding & Packing, Warehouse, Quality, and Planning departments.

Working Location:

Gunzetal Vietnam Co., Ltd. – No 20, VSIP II-A, Street 32, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II-A, Vinh Tan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. And optional in Guangzhou and Shanghai, China depends on the training requested.

Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Dyeing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferably from textile, dyeing, yarn, thread, garment, chemical, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Knowledge of automation systems, process control, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 applications.
- Experience using Sedo Master or similar MES/ERP/manufacturing monitoring systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good English communication skills.
