Oversee daily textile manufacturing processes and provide guidance to line leaders.
Carry out production schedules set by the industrial engineering and production planning teams.
Track key performance indicators, production yield, and quality assurance standards.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and output.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, labor regulations, and established operating procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in English.
Over 5 years of experience in garment production, preferably in bag or textile manufacturing.
Solid expertise in sewing methods, production line balancing, and garment construction.
Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
