Manufacturing Technician

- Familiar with SMT, wave, laser soldering, potting and coating machine setup and operate the machines.

- Good at soldering & gluing skill. Able to solder SMD size as small as 0402 & manually apply some kinds of glue.

- Able to troubleshoot for machine/process issues and carry out repair work.

- To have experience in prepare tooling for SMT & Assembly processes for both NPI & MP products

- To have experience in prepare process flow & update WI for PCBA products

- To be able to interpret PCB file and schematic diagram, read & understand drawing/specification and standard.

- Able to support engineers to collect data & prepare some kinds of report.

- Knowledge and experience on using ME tools (profile kit, soldering set, hot air blower, etc.)

- Knowledge in IPC 610 is more preferable.

- Candidate must possess at least a College/ University Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

- Certificate in soldering work (Thru hole and SMD) will be an advantage.

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
