Marketing Communication Budget Planning and Management

  • Lead 360° communication campaigns from ideation to execution and performance tracking.

  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies to strengthen brand equity, brand awareness, and consumer engagement.

  • Develop and manage annual and campaign-based marketing communication budgets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments, including Brand, Sales, Trade, Digital, and other stakeholders, to identify communication needs and allocate budgets effectively.

  • Monitor budget utilization and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of communication campaigns.

 

Market Research

  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ communication and promotional activities to provide early warnings and recommend appropriate counterstrategies.

  • Coordinate market research and consumer research activities to gather insights that support brand and communication strategies.

  • Work with market research agencies to measure brand health, brand awareness, brand preference, and campaign effectiveness.

 

Campaign Planning Based on Brand Direction and Core Messaging

  • Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-based communication plans aligned with brand strategy and key messaging.

  • Provide content direction and communication strategies for social media channels, including posting schedules, content themes, and platform-specific formats.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make timely adjustments to optimize effectiveness.

  • Allocate communication budgets according to the approved plan and manage KPIs for each campaign.

Digital and Integrated Campaign Management

  • Coordinate and supervise communication campaigns across digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

  • Manage, evaluate, and work closely with agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed in line with strategic direction and quality standards.

  • Lead and manage the internal team in advising, developing, and implementing communication plans for multiple campaigns.

  • Support sales growth through communication activities aligned with business objectives.

 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly communication activity reports.

  • Prepare and develop the annual communication plan and performance report. 

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand communications, or integrated marketing planning, preferably in the FMCG / Consumer Goods industry.

  • At least 2 years of experience in team management.

  • Proven experience in executing multi-channel campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.

  • Strong planning, stakeholder management, budget management, and agency management skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Passionate about creativity and eager to learn in the marketing field.
