Collect, analyze, and synthesize domestic and international market data on the coconut industry, FMCG, consumer trends, competitors, and target customers.
Develop regular market reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support product development strategies and market expansion (export & domestic).
Propose solutions and early warnings on market risks and opportunities, supporting the Board of Directors and departments in making timely and accurate decisions.
Manage and update market databases, build big data warehouses for in-depth analysis and AI/BI applications.
Conduct in-depth research projects on international markets (US, EU, Japan, China, etc.), green consumption trends, organic products, and ESG.
Train and develop the Market Intelligence team, building a data-driven culture across the company.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in market research, data analysis, preferably in FMCG, food, or export sectors.
Proficient in data analysis tools
Excellent data synthesis, analysis, forecasting, and presentation skills.
Logical thinking, strong numerical acumen, problem identification, and solution proposal skills.
Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Good English communication skills; international data experience is a plus.
Experience in building automated reporting systems and applying AI/BI in data analysis.
