Marketing Budget Management:
- Track and update marketing expenses in the system.
- Assist in budget reconciliation, financial reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments, verify invoices, and manage expense approvals.
Contract & Administrative Management:
- Prepare and review contracts in compliance with internal procedures before approval.
- Monitor contract progress and maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and related documents.
Operations Support:
- Support the Marketing team in event coordination and operational logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth marketing operations.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
