Marketing Director ( Thọ Phát)

• Prepare annual Marketing plans and brand activation plans that are aligned with company strategies.
• Manage the A&P budget to within budget limits, as agreed with the brand principal and BOD
• Lead the development & commercialization of the company product pipeline across key regional markets
• Build & lead product innovation calendar in partnership with R&D, sales & trade marketing team
• Ensuring alignment across the Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain departments on forecasts, field sales needs, pricing and marketing initiatives
• Be the category expert and monitor competitor pricing, competitor activity, promotional programs and new competitor brand launches. Develop action plans to counter act competitor activities
• Build & lead product innovation calendar.
• Determine pricing, packaging, and distribution methods for products sold.
• Effectively lead and develop a team of young, energetic Marketing professionals

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG/fresh food/beverage companies
• Experienced for Vietnam market & regional markets.
• Entrepreneur/commercial mindset
• Strong in project management
• Results-oriented and proactive about finding solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
