• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, brochures, advertising materials, and promotional catalogs.
• Manage and execute promotional activities, including creating and distributing POP/POSM at the point of sale.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead brand-building efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams and participate in road trips to the provinces to support sales efforts.
• Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery of projects.
• Manage digital presence, including website, SEO, and social media.
• Monitor marketing budgets and prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports on campaign effectiveness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.

- Proven working experience in marketing for 5 years, within furniture or interior design industry is preferable.

- Have knowledge and understanding of online and offline marketing communication

- Able to create communication strategies to build online communities

- Have skills in using graphic programs such as Photoshop

- Good English written and verbal communication
