Role Overview: The Marketing Lead is responsible for making the brand "local." You will focus on building brand equity through community engagement, creative content, and high-impact physical activations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: Localize the brand voice across social media and digital channels to resonate with the local audience.
● On-Ground Marketing: Execute guerilla marketing, flyering, or local pop-ups to drive foot traffic and awareness.
● Brand Collaborations: Identify and negotiate partnerships with local influencers, like-minded brands, and tastemakers.
● Events: Lead the planning and execution of launch parties, community workshops, manage and do livestreams, and promotional events.
Requirements:
● Creative flair with a pulse on local trends and consumer behavior.
● Experience in event management and community building.
● Strong networking skills to secure meaningful brand partnerships.
