Mô tả Công việc

1. Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support the development and execution of annual marketing calendars and campaign plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely implementation of brand campaigns.
  • Adapt global/regional marketing assets into local market executions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluations.

2. Consumer Activation & Retail Marketing

  • Propose and execute consumer engagement activities to drive traffic, conversion, and sell-out at retail counters.
  • Support planning and execution of:
    • Pop-up stores
    • Atrium events
    • In-store animations
    • Product launch activations
  • Work closely with sales and retail teams to identify business opportunities and recommend activation programs to boost performance.

3. KOL / KOC & Influencer Management

  • Identify suitable KOLs, KOCs, creators, and media partners aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate influencer seeding, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Track influencer performance and provide recommendations for future collaborations.

4. Marketing Operations & Performance Tracking

  • Support campaign tracking and performance analysis across branding, PR, KOL/KOC, activation, and retail activities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Retail teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Prepare campaign reports and post-event evaluations with actionable recommendations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

• 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR, Activation, or Influencer Marketing.

• Experience working with beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, FMCG brands, or influencer/PR agencies is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of branding and consumer marketing.

• Experience in campaign planning and execution.

• Strong network and understanding of KOL/KOC ecosystem.

• Knowledge of social media trends and content marketing.

• Data-driven with a good understanding of consumer behavior, retail performance, and sell-out drivers.

• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.

• Proactive, agile, and results oriented.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Passionate about beauty, fragrance, fashion, and luxury brands.
