Mô tả Công việc

1. Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, train, and develop the marketing team, ensuring that all members have the necessary skills and motivation to execute marketing strategies effectively.

  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of projects.

  • Assess performance and assist in refining team processes to enhance efficiency.

2. Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals to drive growth and brand recognition.

  • Set clear marketing objectives and measure the success of campaigns against these goals.

3. Multi-channel Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online and offline), including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.

  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum impact and reach the target audience effectively.

4. Marketing Budget Management

  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet campaign objectives while staying within financial limits.

  • Track and adjust the monthly budget as needed to optimize spending.

5. Campaign Analysis and Reporting

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance through key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CPA, and other relevant KPIs.

  • Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future marketing strategies.

6. Market and Competitor Research

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Evaluate the needs and behaviors of the target audience to adapt marketing efforts effectively.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  •  Proficiency in English is required, as the manager is Korean

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

  • At least 2 years team leading experiences, including delegating tasks, mentoring team members, and evaluating performance.

  • Solid knowledge of online and offline marketing channels, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
