Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing plans for new and existing products.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Localize global strategies to fit regional or national market needs.
2. Campaign Management
Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, PR, influencer, retail, ATL/BTL).
Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand events.
Collaborate with creative teams for campaign visuals, product storytelling, and key messaging.
3. Digital Marketing & E-commerce
Work with digital teams to optimize brand presence on social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
Oversee performance marketing (paid ads, SEO/SEM) to drive ROI.
Align content strategy with customer journey and sales funnel.
4. Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand voice, image, and message across all channels.
Maintain high standards for packaging, in-store materials, and digital assets.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
Coordinate with sales, product development, and regional/global marketing teams.
Manage and mentor marketing team members or agencies.
Build strong relationships with influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
7. Product Development
· Make and propose product development mapping and get approval from the company
· Source OEM, supplier, etc, and follow up until product launch
· Suggest re-inventing the current product if necessary
· Guarantee enough stock for sales

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of marketing manager experience, preferably in beauty/cosmetics.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, beauty trends, and digital marketing.
Proven track record in launching successful marketing campaigns/new products.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Passion for the beauty industry is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Marketing Offline & Online (strong network influencer/KOL/afffiliator, familiar with TikTok/Shopee/ Lazada), understand well content plan (with AI), live streamer, etc.
Knowledge of local and regional beauty markets.
Previous experience with both premium and mass-market beauty brands.
