Execute growth strategies across multiple online advertising and retail channels
Manage multiple email marketing campaigns
Lead paid advertising on marketing and social media channels
Own the time and money efficiency and results of your entire team

At least 3 years of managing winning teams that bring company strategies and plans into success (demonstrable data is required, such as dashboards or reports)
Hands-on ability to do the work yourself, as you build the marketing
Extremely proficient handle on metrics, particularly when it comes to costs and return on advertising spend
Experience working with and building AI agent-based processes
Fluent English and Vietnamese as you will be interacting frequently with both languages
