Drive the visual and sales strategy for our entire Official Stores (OS) & C2C ecosystem, focusing on three core pillars: Livestream – Video – Affiliate.

Management: Lead Livestream, Video, and Affiliate activities for OS & C2C.

- Chiến lược: Thiết lập mục tiêu, KPI và tối ưu hóa nguồn lực (Nội bộ & Agency)

Strategy: Define objectives/KPIs and optimize internal/agency resources.

- Vận hành: Chuẩn hóa quy trình Livestream & Content; giám sát chất lượng và hiệu quả (GMV/CTR)

Operations: Standardize Livestream & Content; monitor quality and performance (GMV/CTR).

- Affiliate: Xây dựng hệ sinh thái KOC/Affiliate theo từng phân hạng gian hàng

Affiliate: Build KOC/Affiliate ecosystems based on shop tiers.

- Đội ngũ: Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự nhóm FM Online.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop the FM Online team.

- Cải tiến: Rà soát kết quả và tối ưu hóa chiến lược để tăng trưởng GMV bền vững.

Improvement: Review results and optimize strategies for sustainable GMV growth.

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học

Bachelor’s Degree

- Ít nhất 3 năm về TMĐT/Digital Marketing; 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý

Min. 3 years in E-commerce/Digital Marketing; 2 years in management

In-depth understanding of Livestream, Video, and Affiliate mechanism

- Nắm vững GMV, ROI, hiệu quả chi phí và quản trị dự án

Proficient in GMV, ROI, cost efficiency, and project management.

- Thành thạo MS Office và các công cụ đo lường quảng cáo/nội dung

Proficient in MS Office and ads/content performance tools.

- Khả năng lập kế hoạch, điều phối liên phòng ban và kiểm soát quy trình chặt chẽ

Planning, cross-functional coordination, and rigorous process control
