Mô tả Công việc

Responsibilities:

1.       Digital Commerce Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations across delivery, e-commerce, and digital payment platforms.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, product/ NSO launches, and seasonal activations across digital commerce channels.
  • Coordinate new store onboarding/offboarding and platform setups
  • Ensure menu updates, pricing accuracy, product listings, and promotional mechanics are executed correctly and on time.
  • Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and platform partners to resolve operational issues and maintain business continuity.

2.       Marketing Project Coordination

  • Coordinate execution of projects and initiatives by working closely with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication
  • Proactively identify risks, monitor progress, and drive follow-through to ensure successful execution.

3.       Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Manage administrative processes, including contracts, payment requests, invoices, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure timely processing of contracts, payments, and compliance requirements.
  • Support budget tracking and payment reconciliation for marketing activities.

4.       Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Prepare regular reports on digital commerce performance and project execution.
  • Consolidate campaign results and provide administrative support for post-campaign evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Store Operations, Retail Operations, Digital Commerce, Marketing Operations, or Project Coordination.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel proficiency for tracking sales, costs, and business performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with delivery platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, or digital payment partners is a strong advantage.
