JOB BRIEF

The Marketing Strategy Executive is responsible for executing marketing strategies and plans that ensure brand consistency and drive sales growth. This role involves market research, campaign implementation, performance analysis, and collaboration with different teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to align with brand objectives and sales goals.

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

● Support the development of marketing plans, ensuring consistency across all channels.

● Coordinate with digital, media, sales and other teams to implement marketing initiatives.

● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.

● Assist in content development for marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

● Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.

● Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business or a related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in strategy execution or brand management;

● Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns;

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

● Outstanding organizational, planning, project management, and decision-making skills;

● Superior metrics-driven marketing mind;

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

● Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.

Preferred skills

● Have a strong background in Service Marketing and Inbound Marketing;

● Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools;

● Experience in education or service.
