MATERIAL PLANNER

1. Responsible for the planning of materials, ensuring that the production plan can be executed. Through close contact with Purchasing team to work with supplier.

2. Manage MRP exceptions and all activities related to material planning to ensure material availability for the master production plan in line with planning parameters.

3. Ensure material master data is correct and properly maintaining of SAP transactional data.

4. Minimize material freight expenses, control shipment on time to prevent air cost in case of urgent shortage

5. Control Inventory based on target defined and goods receipt target, consumption target to make sure inventory protection happen.

6. Control unhealthy stock to avoid excess and dead stock. Reduce inventory to increase cash flow of plant.

7. Responsible for all communication related to supply risks, interruptions, and impacts from material.

8. Ensure good communication and integration with other planning team and other stakeholders.

9. Review and control stock to make sure high accurately of system and physical stock of all production material

10. Responsible for generating regular planning reports

11. Incharge admin works of Planning department.

12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Graduated College/University
• At least 01 year experience of material control, material planning in a manufacturing site.
• Good command English/Chinese is a plus
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Power Query or SQL is a plus
• Experience with AI-assisted forecasting or advanced Excel automation.
• Experience managing materials with long lead times, MOQ constraints, and imported raw materials
• High responsibility, ownership and flexibility. Able to work under high pressure.
