MECHANICAL 3D REVIT DESIGNER / BIM MODELER

JOB DESCRIPTION / Mô tả công việc:

• Create and update 3D models of industrial plants, equipment, and structures using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce drawings and documentation from the 3D model: general arrangement drawings (AutoCAD 2D), erection drawings, floor openings (GC drawings), and data sheets.
• Perform clash detection between equipment, structures, and building elements.
• Design cable tray layouts and generate BOM/nomenclature directly from the Revit model.
• Create and manage Revit families to support modeling efficiency and standardization.
• Ensure BIM coordination on BIM360 by managing model centralization, issue tracking, clash detection, and real‑time collaboration with project teams.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated design documents.

MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE / Bạn cần có kỹ năng:

• Solid knowledge of Autodesk Revit (3D modeling, families, views, sheets).
• Understanding of industrial layouts, structural coordination, and plant design.
• Experience with clash detection (Navisworks is a plus).
• Detail‑oriented, organized and team‑oriented.

YOUR BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS / Chuyên môn của bạn:

• College / University Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer or similar
• 1–3 years of experience in Revit modeling (junior profiles also welcome depending on context).
