WE OFFER:

The successful candidate will be part of a diverse, learning, competitive and professional organization, which offers real opportunities for personal development and in-depth insights into the operation of supply industrial gases , which has been put into operation since early 2006

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

— Daily / Routine coordination with operations team to ensure all mechanical maintenance requirements are dealt with in a timely manner.

— Generate mechanical PM plans and ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner with minimum possible interruption in routine operations.

— Strict compliance to company’s relevant SHEQ standards during execution and / or supervision of various jobs.

— Manage the team of engineer, technician and any other assigned staff for their routine issues.

— Ensure that all the equipment is available for production.

— Develop CBM plans and ensure that relevant latest CBM techniques like vibration monitoring, oil analysis, infra-red thermo scans, analyser, computers, 110KV substation, E&I equipment etc. are adapted.

— Ensure that all the equipment is always operated well within the stipulated SoPs and all local regulatory requirements and / or company operational requirements are adhered.

— Planning in advance for shutdowns / turnarounds where applicable.

— Plan and ensure that necessary mechanical spare parts and consumables for several equipments are available to use in case of any emergency.

— Be an active part of MOC review committee.

— Coordinate with Sales, Distribution, CES and Plants’ Operators as and when required

— Coordinate with local authorities as where applicable and when required.

— Represent company on RBU platforms, as assigned, and ensure all RBU requirements are complied with.

— Ensure management of stores for mechanical engineering spares.

— Follow-up and closure of Plant / Site audits and ensure all non-conformities are dealt within stipulated time frame.

— Be a part of company team during projects, commissioning, and performance tests of new projects / plants.

— Coordinate with HR & other Ops team members in developing TNA’s & Training Plans. Conduct training as per plan.

— Support Area Onsite Operations Head and CES & Maintenance Manager in special assignments, as and when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:

— Graduate Engineer, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics, with 4 ~ 5 years of ASU / Oil & Gases / Fertilizer / Chemical experience.

— Management Exposure.

— English communication fluently.

— Familiar with Maintenance tools are preferable.

SALARY

— Negotiable salary.
