Mechanical Engineer

JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer (ME)

- The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the designing, implementing and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. 
- Their duties include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production.
- Perform manufacturing engineering assignments of various degrees of product complexity. Evaluate manufacturing processes. Study production and machine/test fixtures/tooling requirements. 
- Provide support to the design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of manufacturing operations. Prepare plan, process and assembly instructions, manufacturing labor standard. 
- Control and document Manufacturing Process Instructions, Train operators on new instructions and processes. 
- Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency. Optimize assembly layouts, production lines and machine operations. Complete and evaluate test and production data, prepare technical analysis, recommend manufacturing methods to meet quality objectives. 
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure manufacturing process and instructions are followed to keep production equipment operational. 
JOB TITLE: Electronic Engineer

-    Coordinate with the team to build a Process flow chart, SMT control plan and Work Instruction for new product
-    Equipment setup machines related to SMT
-    Optimize Production line layout, optimize to reduce waste (WIP, Cycle time,…)
-    Generate and maintain relevant SMT documents to meet production requirements
-    Focus on improving First Pass Yield, Process downtime, Line improvement,…
-    Recommends methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and reducing waste of materials and utilities
-    Investigate and analyze root cause analysis for SMT quality issues and take corrective action and preventive actions
-    Coordinate SMT quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost
-    Support to monitor quality data and take corrective action to improve or correct the operations
-    Manage cycle time for SMT process

Manufacturing Engineer (ME)

- Project management skills and problem-solving ability. 
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 quality systems. Experience with 5S and Lean process improvements. 
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality environment. Solid understanding of New Production Introduction. 
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical or Industrial preferred). 
- Ability to interact with all levels with good communication skills.
- Good skill in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Good command 4 skills in English.

Electronic Engineer

-    Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechatronics/Electronics
-    From 2 years-experience related working experience
-    Analysis skill, decision making, solving problems, good communication, team work
-    MS office, programs related SMT
-    Have experience in the SMT area, know well SMT machines
-    Good command 4 skills in English.
-    Good skill in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
-    Prefer candidate who is living in Binh Duong or willing to relocate
