Mechanical Engineer

Role & Responsible

·         Plan and monitor for yourself in proposal/ design stage of the assigned engineering projects.

·         Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, standards and client specifications.

·         Perform and/ or check engineering calculations, design systems and components that meet related requirements.

·         Prepare and/ or review technical drawings, MTOs, plans and specifications.

·         Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to resolve problems during project.

·         Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.

·         Coordinate with other departments to determine, fulfill project/ proposal requirements and provide technical support.

Qualifications & Education requirement

·         Graduated from University with Mechanical Engineering background.

·         Experience: prefer working in pressure vessels, piping system and structural steel fabrication in industrial, oil & gas, chemical project and thermal power plant.

·         Language: English - Toeic 550 (or equivalent) and above, good in technical speaking & writing.

·         Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards such as TCVN, ASME, API, ISO, EN, … etc.

Skills & Ability

·         Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and team working.

·         Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.

·         Withstanding the pressure, being hard-working and careful.

·         Familiarity with 2D/3D engineering design (AutoCAD, Solidworks, ANSYS, AutoCAD Plant 3D, PDMS, ...) and FEA method (preferred).

·         Advanced MS Office skills.
