Mô tả Công việc

ROLES:

As a Media & KOL/Influencer Relations, you will be responsible for cultivating and leveraging strategic relationships with media partners & influencer network to maximize our brands’ presence and customer engagement. This role demands an in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, a robust network of media and influencer contacts, and a talent for negotiating and securing high-value collaborations that align with our brands’ prestigious image.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Media Relations:

· Identify key media outlets that align with the brands’ marketing objectives and maximize brand visibility and PR effectiveness

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fashion journalists, editors, and media sales representatives.

· Manage & negotiate media booking, placements, sponsorships, inquiries and interview requests, seek high-level placements in print & online magazine

· Coordinate with PR Content to create relevant and high-quality press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote new collections, events, and brand news.

· Monitor & report media coverage and track the effectiveness of media outreach efforts.

Influencer Relations:

· Identify & propose key influencers in different industries who align with the brands’ marketing objectives, resonate with the brands’ luxury image and customer engagement

· Build and nurture relationships with influencers to secure collaborations, endorsements, and sponsored content.

· Negotiate the best terms and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

· Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, including content planning, collaboration logistics, and performance tracking.

· Monitor & report influencer performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.

Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.     Qualification:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields

2.    Experience:

·     At least 2-3 years of experience working in media industry or closely with KOL network,

·     Have extensive network with media partners, KOLs, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

3.    Skill/ competence:

·       Strong negotiation skills and experience securing high-value deals.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship-building.

·       Deep understanding of fashion trends, luxury market dynamics, and brand positioning

·       Willingness to learn, work hard and work under pressure.
