Media SMB & Project Execution Executive

A. Media Operation Contract (Execution & Performance Support)

• Under Media Operation contracts, the SMB Executive supports media execution and performance tracking, including:
• Supporting the setup and execution of media activities, particularly TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop campaigns.
• Monitoring basic performance metrics and assisting in data collection and reporting.
• Coordinating with Media and Content teams to ensure assets and campaigns are executed as planned.
• Supporting budget tracking and flagging potential issues to the SMB Manager.

B. Project Management Contract (Project Coordination Support)

• Under Project Management contracts, the SMB Executive supports project coordination and vendor communication:
• Assist in executing project tasks according to defined timelines, checklists, and priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Support communication and coordination with platform partners and external vendors involved in the project.
• Notify the SMB Manager promptly when operational issues, delays, or vendor-related risks arise.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and reports to ensure information transparency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, E-commerce, or an agency environment.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Ads and/or TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• English is a must
