Mô tả Công việc

1. Clinical Leadership and Oversight:

- Lead and oversee the clinical operations of the polyclinic, satellite clinics, and teleconsultation services.

- Supervise a team of 20 doctors (full-time and part-time), teleconsultation doctors, and other clinical staff, ensuring clinical excellence and high standards of patient care across all locations.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practices and patient outcomes.

- Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

2. Patient Care and Customer Service:

- Collaborate with the customer service team to address patient concerns, resolve complaints, and enhance patient satisfaction.

- Take proactive measures to continuously improve the patient’s experience, ensuring a seamless healthcare journey at all touchpoints.

- Address and resolve complex patient issues related to medical care, working closely with both medical and non-medical teams.

3. Examination of Patients:

- Provide direct medical care through patient examinations, diagnosis, and treatment

- Ensure that all consultations are thorough, accurate, and patient-centered, fostering trust and loyalty among patients.

4. Training and Development:

- Design and implement ongoing training programs to enhance the clinical skills of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

- Lead educational sessions for medical professionals to keep them informed about the latest advancements and best practices in healthcare.

- Mentor junior doctors and nurses, promoting a supportive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

5. Operational Management:

- Ensure the efficient operation of the teleconsultation service, providing timely and accessible healthcare to patients.

- Work closely with clinic management to oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for both full-time and part-time medical staff.

- Continually assess and optimize workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce patient wait times, and enhance service delivery.

6. Revenue Growth and Efficiency:

- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement opportunities for growth, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

- Encourage and motivate the medical team to adopt a patient-centered, value-driven approach that also focuses on expanding services, increasing patient volumes, and improving revenue streams.

- Work collaboratively with doctors and staff to develop strategies that balance the delivery of exceptional care with the clinic's business goals.

7. Audit and Monitoring:

- Perform regular audits of consultations, ensuring adherence to best practices, ethical standards, and clinical guidelines.

- Monitor the performance of doctors and teleconsultation providers, ensuring the accuracy of diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient interactions.

- Provide constructive feedback to the consultation team, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain clinical excellence.

8. Product and Service Development:

- Develop and launch new healthcare products, clinical programs, and services tailored to the needs of patients, ensuring they align with market trends and organizational capabilities.

- Work with the management, laboratory and marketing teams to promote new services and expand the clinic's offerings, making sure they are accessible, affordable, and meet patient expectations.

- Monitor the success of new products and services, using feedback and data to refine and improve the offerings over time.

Additional Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in complex patient care and operational challenges.

- A revenue-focused mindset, balancing patient care with the organization's financial sustainability.

- Experience in optimizing clinical workflows, increasing efficiency, and improving patient satisfaction.

- Ability to develop and launch new products and services, aligned with both patient care and business objectives.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD) with certification in a clinical specialty, level I or II.

- Minimum of 54 months of experience as a practicing doctor, with certification from the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City.

- Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting, preferably managing multiple sites or teams.

- Strong understanding of medical regulations, patient care protocols, and healthcare service delivery.

- Experience in telemedicine/teleconsultation services is a plus.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to mentor and train clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) preferred.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align clinical services with organizational goals.
