Mô tả Công việc

The MEP Engineer is responsible for site inspection and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection works to verify compliance with approved designs, specifications, method statements, inspection plans, statutory requirements and SGS quality standards.

The role supports the Project Manager in coordinating contractors, monitoring MEP quality/progress, managing inspection records, witnessing testing and commissioning activities, and reporting non-conformances to ensure safe, compliant and effective project delivery.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP construction supervision, QA/QC, site engineering, testing and commissioning for industrial/building projects.

Practical knowledge of MEP systems including electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and related utility systems.

Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, coordination drawings, method statements, ITPs, test records and site documentation.

Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors in a professional site environment.

Good report writing and communication skills in Vietnamese; English communication is an advantage.

MEP supervision certificate, QA/QC training, HSE training, AutoCAD/Revit/BIM/Bluebeam experience are advantages.
