MEP Operations Supervisor / Giám sát Vận hành MEP

Job Purpose

The MEP Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the Uppingham School campus. Unlike the Technician role, which focuses on hands-on execution, the Supervisor is tasked with team leadership, maintenance planning, vendor management, and ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. This role acts as the critical bridge between the technical execution team and the Property Manager.

Giám sát Vận hành MEP chịu trách nhiệm giám sát hoạt động hàng ngày, bảo trì và tối ưu hóa toàn bộ hệ thống Cơ điện (MEP) trong khuôn viên trường Uppingham. Khác với vai trò Kỹ thuật viên tập trung vào thực thi trực tiếp, Giám sát viên đảm nhận nhiệm vụ lãnh đạo đội ngũ, lập kế hoạch bảo trì, quản lý nhà thầu và đảm bảo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn An toàn, Sức khỏe và Môi trường (HSE). Vị trí này đóng vai trò là cầu nối quan trọng giữa đội ngũ kỹ thuật thực thi và Giám đốc Tòa nhà.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Maintenance Planning / Lãnh đạo Đội ngũ & Lập Kế hoạch Bảo trì

• Develop, schedule, and oversee the execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) plans for all MEP systems (HVAC, power distribution, plumbing, generators). (Xây dựng, lên lịch và giám sát việc thực hiện các kế hoạch Bảo trì Phòng ngừa (PM) và Bảo trì Khắc phục (CM) cho tất cả các hệ thống MEP.)

2. Vendor & Contract Management / Quản lý Nhà thầu & Hợp đồng

3. System Optimization & Resource Management / Tối ưu hóa Hệ thống & Quản lý Nguồn lực

• Analyze Building Management System (BMS) data and energy consumption reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the efficiency of HVAC and lighting systems. (Phân tích dữ liệu từ Hệ thống Quản lý Tòa nhà (BMS) và báo cáo tiêu thụ năng lượng để đề xuất giải pháp...)

4. HSE Compliance & Reporting / Tuân thủ An toàn (HSE) & Báo cáo

• Ensure all technical operations comply strictly with local regulations (e.g., TCVN electrical/fire safety standards) and the school's internal safety policies. (Đảm bảo mọi hoạt động kỹ thuật tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định pháp luật...)

●      Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

●      Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or MEP operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Experience in International Schools, premium hospitality, or grade-A commercial buildings is highly advantageous.

●      Language Skills: Basic English Proficiency.

●      Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of complex MEP systems, including BMS, Chillers/VRV, industrial electrical distribution, and Fire Protection systems. Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings, schematics, and technical blueprints. Familiarity with facility management software or helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., S.A.R.A, CMMS).
