Merchandiser / Export-Coordinator

United Potteries Saigon, a leading pottery and furniture manufacturer in Vietnam is expanding. We are looking for qualified candidates with export and merchandising experience.

• You will handle an order from beginning to end. The assigned customer accounts from quotation stage, via the purchase order, shipment, payment till you received feedback about the goods. 
• For a seamless in-house process you will coordinate with our production, quality control, labeling and warehouse team.
• Externally, besides the customers, you will be working with inspection companies and the logistic providers to check the quality, book containers and arrange shipments.
• Preparing and or check all shipping documentation (Commercial invoice, Packing list, etc. BL, fumigation certificate etc). 
• Working directly with internal teams on enquiries including quality claims from customers.
• Follow up all requests for samples and new developments.
• Other customer account management tasks by specific requests from customers.
  

• Detail-orientation is a must. You need to love numbers and accuracy. 
• Experience in the pottery / funiture industry is a plus.
• Sense of customer service.
• Fluently in English (in both writing and speacking) is a must.
• Other languages including French, Italian, German is a plus.
• Typing with 10 fingers and good knowing of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
